What we collect, and what we don't.

Short version: we take what a booking needs, we use it to do the job, we do not sell it, and you can have it deleted by asking.

What we collect
Only what a booking needs: your name, phone number, optional email, the address the windows are at, the city and ZIP, and anything you type into the message box. Our forms also record the IP address and browser the submission came from, which is how we tell a person from a bot.

Why we collect it
To call you back, to put the visit on an estimator's calendar, to write your quote, and to install the blinds. That is the whole list. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not enrich your record from third-party data brokers.

Who else sees it
Our staff, and the services that make the site work: our hosting provider, our database host, and our email provider, which sends your confirmation. Each of them processes the data on our instructions and for no purpose of their own. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with other contractors.

How long we keep it
Quotes and job records are kept for seven years, because that is how long a workmanship claim or a tax question can reasonably reach back. An enquiry that never became a job is deleted after two years. Ask us sooner and we will delete it sooner.

Cookies
The public site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie this site issues is the session cookie for staff signing into the admin panel, and you will never receive one by browsing the public pages.

Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call and we will do it — no form, no fee, and no requirement to give a reason.

Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
